CleanWhite (Clean White Technology)
CleanWhite is a feature name TMT uses for the white light quality of its LED modules. The Technology page spells it “CleanWhite”, while datasheet feature lists and product pages use “Clean White Technology” (tmtleds.com Technology; Midi 3 datasheet). The descriptions below are TMT’s claims, not independent test results.
What TMT says it is
TMT describes CleanWhite as removing a “yellowish ring around the light” that, according to TMT, affects white light from other products, resulting in uniform white light (tmtleds.com Technology). TMT positions it for signs with digital prints and translucent vinyl, saying graphic colours are not altered (tmtleds.com Technology). The Technology page links CleanWhite to the CrystaLens optics (tmtleds.com Technology).
TMT’s sources reviewed do not publish a separate measurement or test method for the CleanWhite claim. Related figures that TMT does publish are colour-consistency values: the Midi 3, Midi 4 and Midi Edge datasheet header bars list 3 SDCM (Midi 3 datasheet; Midi 4 datasheet; Midi Edge datasheet), while the global Mini 3 datasheet lists 5 SDCM (Mini 3 datasheet). TMT does not state that these values are part of CleanWhite.

In these datasheets, Clean White Technology appears in the same feature list as cable hiding and efficient circuit design (Midi Edge datasheet; Mini 3 datasheet). No CleanWhite reference was found in the sources reviewed for Tiny, Linera or the lightbox modules.
Patent status
In the datasheet feature lists reviewed, “Clean White Technology” is not marked “patent pending”, unlike the cable hiding and circuit design entries next to it (Midi Edge datasheet; Mini 3 datasheet). No patent number for CleanWhite was found.
